A dog surveillance camera works by using a combination of motion detection and live video streaming technology. When the camera detects motion in the designated area, it begins recording and sends a notification to the owner's smartphone or computer. The owner can then access the live video feed to see what their dog is up to in real-time. Some cameras also have two-way audio, allowing the owner to speak to their dog through the camera. This technology allows pet owners to keep an eye on their dogs while they are away from home, ensuring their safety and well-being. **

It is possible that a man could be pretending to be the owner of your dog, especially if he is attempting to take possession of the dog without your consent. It is important to verify the man's claim by asking for proof of ownership, such as vet records, adoption papers, or other documentation. If you are unsure about the situation, it is best to contact local authorities or animal control to help resolve the issue and ensure the safety and well-being of your dog. **
